I noticed a stain on my bathroom ceiling last night and today I called Delta Roofing. A very helpful young man, Andrew Esquivel, answered and said he would come out later today. True to his word, when he came, he assessed the situation (which he determined was probably caused from deterioration around a pipe) and, in short time, put silicone around two pipes. He marked the stain for me inside the bathroom and told me to be sure and call if the stain grew and he would come and do further investigation. Andrew is an asset and if this is how Delta Roofing conducts business, I would definitely recommend them.
